How do you build a better business?

Simple.

Get employees to do the right thing, and put the customer first; the rest will take care of itself.

That was the message BizCom clients Dina Dwyer-Owens and Tariq Farid recently shared while talking business success with Inc. magazine and MSNBC.


Dina is co-chair of

Dwyer Group and its collection of 2,700 home service and repair franchises, which generate over $1.4 billion in sales worldwide. The author of Values Inc., she talked to Inc. magazine about the 6 Steps that any company can take to build a culture focused on values.

Tariq is founder and CEO of Edible Arrangements, the largest franchise chain of shops offering creatively designed fresh cut fruit arrangements with more than 1,300 locations worldwide.
