Account Supervisor

BizCom has an immediate opening in our rapidly expanding agency for an Account Supervisor in our Client Relations Division.

 

This position is responsible for supervising a team of account executives, managers, coordinators and interns with decision-making authority necessary for the day-to-day operations as they relate to assigned clients. 

 

Minimum 4 years agency experience preferred.

Primary responsibilities of this position include:

• Supervision of account teams.

• Client success and growth.

• Agency/client relationships.

• Oversight of effective division collaboration.

• Provide account support to varying degrees as needed.

• Provide new business development support .

• Staying current on industry tools, trends and techniques.
